With "Rumbling Chapel" the meanwhile third album of 2008 founded psychedelic doomcorer of Warped Cross. The 11 songs roll over 50 minutes full of emotional gloom into the auditory canals of the inclined Handset. But even if you keep your foot on the brake pedal, the Saxons are naturally not a pure doom band, but celebrate their versatile Mix of rolling riffs, driving drums and partly pathetic vocals in a sound garb which is mainly also with fans of bands like Down or also Crowbar on ...should meet with approval. Rumbling Chapel was shot at the Larox Studio in Chemnitz... recorded and produced. The album was mastered by Roland Wiegner at the Tonmeisterei Oldenburg (among others Hammerhead, Long Distance Calling or also Feine Sahne fish fillet).
