This collection contains Winston Riley's early reggae releases and takes a look at his excellent vocal productions with the shades, the Mad Lads and, of course, the Techniques, and the Dave Barker's lead vocals. Winston Riley has been at the top of the Jamaican music business for over forty years, an authentic Reggae-Polymath, who played the roles of singer, songwriter, arranger and producer. He was really one of Jamaica's most consistent and hardest producers, and this album represents only a very small part of his vast musical heritage.
