A Jigsaw are a band from Coimbra. Jo?o Rui, Susana Ribeiro and Jorri are the three elements of this band that surrendered to the sound of folk, country and blues. Over the time they came to assume themselves as a multi-instrumentalist trio, surprising the audience with songs played with a varied range of instruments. Of its box of surprises you can get a guitar and a harmonica, a banjo and an upright bass, the most varied percussions (from the castanets to the traditional bombo 9), keyboards, violin, Glockenspiel, harmonium, melodica , autoharp and ukulele. They already have the EP "From Underskin" (2004) and the album "Letters from the album Boatman" (2007) in their discography. In this last one, they had innumerous guests: Raquel Ralha (Wraygunn), Marco Nunes (Jorge Palma), Guilherme Barbosa, S?rgio Nascimento (S?rgio Godinho, David Fonseca), Kalo (Bunnyranch), Berito (squeeze.theeze.pleeze), Paul Jacob (Bodhi) and Carlos Santos (Raindogs). In the year 2008 the single "Lion's Eyes Louder" came to occupy the first position of the top of the national radio, Antena 3, where it remained for several weeks, two of them in second position. This recognition was followed by an invitation to participate in commemorating the 14 years of Antena 3. In October of that year there was a challenge made by Antena 1. Following the launch of a collection of songs from David Bowie (I Select), a Jigsaw were invited to participate in this allusive event. To that end, they created a version of the song "Rebel, Rebel." It is available for listening on the band's lastfm page. The new album "Like The Wolf" will be released on April 6 and with the participation of Becky Lee (voice) and two members of the band Soaked Lamb, Gito (contra-bass) and Miguel Lima (drums) and Carlos Ramos (drums).
