"UMOJA" (which means "solidarity" in Swahili) released in 2006 was their collaboration with artists from different countries, climbed to the #1 position in the Dutch Album Charts and went double platinum. "Aanzoek Zonder Ringen" was a #1 hit in the Netherlands in 2006 and several other singles were charted in the Dutch Singles Chart. To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the original "UMOJA" album, Music On Vinyl is releasing the album on vinyl for the first time. The expanded vinyl edition is exclusively remastered and contains all the original tracks and the four bonus tracks "Regen", "Zie Mij" plus the acoustic versions of "De Hemel Is De Aarde" and "Wennen Aan September" with Counting Crows. All artwork has been re-designed in close cooperation with BLOF and features printed inner sleeves with lyrics and a booklet with updated information about the UMOJA Fonds. July 2016 will see them performing in their stomping ground at the "Concert At Sea" festival in Zeeland, the Netherlands. This release is the first of a selection of BLOF albums to be released on vinyl for the first time.
