CANINE from Frankfurt am Main was founded in 2013. With their mix of punk, hardcore and rock'n'roll, the band lends its uncompromising expression to the disapproval of increasing decadence in society. Uncompromisingly forward, uncompromisingly aggressive. The band lives for their concerts. By mid-2018, the quintet had played nearly 100 live shows. Among others, it supported bands like ANGEL DUST (US), THE BOTS (US), GNARWOLVES (UK) and BLOOD YOUTH (UK). With their buddies of HYENAS and A SAVING WHISPER they went on an extended tour in 2017. This was followed by numerous shows throughout Germany in the same year. Whether club or festival stage, autonomous center or cellar hole, at their shows CANINE always deliver with constant energy. GALLOWS, GHOST OF A THOUSAND, EVERY TIME I DIE or CONVERGE served the band as inspiration for the founding of the band. Now with the debut album BLEAK VISION they delivered a highly original work. Recorded in DIY fashion with the help of old and new friends CANINE created a powerful yet impressive sound. Responsible for Mix and Master is DIMI CONIDAS, who has also worked with illustrious artists such as THE TIDAL SLEEP, MATULA, CRO or ANTWERP GIPSY SKA ORKESTRA.
