BIBIO - The Serious EP (Ltd 12+MP3/Clear Vinyl) (12")

The Serious EP’ follows Bibio’s latest album ‘A Mineral Love’, which was released earlier this year. The EP is the result of a number of collaborations between Stephen Wilkinson (Bibio) and Berlinbased singer Olivier St. Louis (the artist formerly known as Olivier Daysoul), who has previously worked with Hudson Mohawke and Oddisee, amongst many others. The pairing sees Bibio’s dreampop instrumentals and funk guitar licks combining with Olivier’s powerful, emotive soul vocal, creating a colourful four-track EP of mind-infiltrating hooks and altpop proportions.
